Suresh Gopi is acting in Mummy and me instead of Superstar Mohanlal. Urvashi and Neelathamara fame Archanakavi are in the lead roles. Mohanlal supposed to act as a Guest role in this movie. Mohanlal is not interested to act in Guest role after the flop of AngelJohn movie.
