The charismatic Kerala Fast Bowler has won the hearts of one and all with his heartful bowling and pace. Regarded by some as India’s fastest bowlers, Sreesanth has the uncanny ability to bowl with the straightest of seams consistently. In the inaugural edition of the IPL in 2008, Sreesanth became the second leading wicket taker in the tournament after Sohail Tanveer , claiming 18 wickets. Sreesanth appeared only in the second half of the 2009 edition of the IPL. He could not play the initial matches of the season owing to a stress fracture.
